ESA Management, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Part-Time NSR Suites Front Desk Agent to respond to on-call needs overnight, ensuring courteous, high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role offers on-site lodging and an overnight on-call schedule to address key access, noise, and safety issues.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, issuing room keys, handling check-ins/outs, logging events, and maintaining security while staying current with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, interpret procedures and log events.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work as GSR, set up breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and registrations.
• Manage hotel keys and log key usage; ensure security.
• Respond to guest needs, safety issues, and emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local information.
• Run reports and post payments to folios when needed.
• Provide directions about amenities, hours, and local attractions.
• Support other hotels in the area during staffing needs.
