ESA Management LLC is seeking a Part Time NSR Suites associate in the Atlanta area to support overnight operations. You will be responsible for guest interactions, key control, and administering limited check-ins/check-outs while maintaining high standards of service.

The role entails breakfast duties from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM and staying responsive to guest needs during overnight hours. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• On-call overnight availability
• Ability to operate hotel equipment and access systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during on-call situations and maintain courtesy and quality service
• Manage hotel keys and access control
• Check-in/check-out guests and process payments when needed
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information
• Operate location computer systems and input data accurately
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as required
