Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Part Time Night Service Representative to respond to overnight guest needs and on-call issues. You will assist with check-ins, key control, and guest safety while maintaining a courteous, high-quality service standard.

On-site lodging is provided during shifts, with potential coverage for nearby hotels as required. The role emphasizes staying calm under pressure, coordinating with maintenance and security, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Proficient in reading/writing English and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on check-ins, emergencies, and noise complaints.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key logs.
• Assist with limited check-ins/check-outs and payments when required.
• Maintain knowledge of property policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Operate hotel mobile devices and PMS systems.
• Cover additional hotel locations as needed.
