Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part-Time) for an on-site role at Extended Stay America. The position requires responding to after-hours needs, coordinating guest check-ins, and maintaining security and safety.

You will live on-site as part of employment and be on the overnight on-call schedule. The role includes guest interaction, key control, and collaboration with maintenance and management to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Basic computer and hotel software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, maintenance issues, noise complaints and safety situations.
• Manage hotel keys, log and safeguard them against loss or theft.
• Organize limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests and collect payments when needed.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and communicate with guests about services.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities, hours, and local areas.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios as required.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and hotel PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as needed.
