Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs, ensure courteous service, and uphold high quality standards. The role includes guest check-ins/check-outs, safety handling, and staying on-call within 30 minutes of notification.

Excellent opportunity to live onsite with provided lodging; on-call duties and potential coverage for nearby hotels are included. Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications from outside service agent for check-ins, emergencies, and noise issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard from loss or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed and process guest check-ins/check-outs.
