Job summary

ESA Management LLC is seeking a NSR Suites Part Time team member to respond to overnight on-call needs when the hotel lobby is closed, with a paid hotel room provided. The role requires responding within 30 minutes of notification and supporting guest services during overnight hours.

Duties include breakfast setup, assisting with check-ins/outs, maintaining keys, logging events, and ensuring safety, policy compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overnight and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during on-call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, or noise complaints.
• Maintain control and safekeeping of hotel keys.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs and payments when needed.
• Keep up with hotel policies, safety procedures and property information.
• Operate location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when required.
