Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to act as a subject matter expert in dispatch operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets nationwide, coordinating with customers, internal partners, and third-party vendors.

This overnight role runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with overtime potential based on business needs. You will model best practices and support team members while upholding Cox Fleet's service and customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatch, service scheduling or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and channels.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle of service events from client request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to technicians and optimize for time-based KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain timely documentation and escalate complex situations.
• Coach less experienced team members and uphold service standards.
