Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to serve as a subject-matter expert in dispatch operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.

This role emphasizes best-practice modeling, mentoring, and upholding service quality. The position is overnight, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Proficient oral and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent service events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with varied stakeholders.
• Remain composed and solution-oriented when handling complex service scenarios.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, and dispatch/fleet management systems.
• Basic math ability including fractions and decimals.
• Strong organizational skills with thorough follow-through across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of fleet service events from request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Re-assign unfinished events to optimize outcomes.
• Dispatch events with KPI-driven prioritization.
• Provide coaching to less experienced dispatch team members.
• Maintain documentation across systems and escalate high-risk situations.
