Job summary

Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to serve as a subject‑matter expert in dispatch operations, managing the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. This overnight role runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with interview discussions guiding specific shift assignments; overtime may arise based on business needs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and emergency service events.
• Dispatch to optimize client outcomes and meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with internal partners and vendors; escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor events, track ETAs, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced team members.
