Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to lead dispatch operations across multiple markets, overseeing fleet repairs, maintenance, and service events from start to finish. The role requires sharp judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors while modeling best practices and supporting less experienced team members.

This overnight position runs shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with relevant experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics.
• Experience in fleet maintenance operations, trucking, or transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance events from initial request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to optimize timelines and resource use across markets.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and ensuring self-serve access to updates.
