Job summary

Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to act as a subject matter expert for dispatch operations, managing the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. This role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination across internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field (dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination).
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and service events from initial request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to optimize time-based KPIs and assign work effectively across markets.
• Coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors to meet client needs.
• Document all customer interactions and service events in applicable systems.
• Coach and provide guidance to less experienced dispatch team members and support continuous process improvements.
