Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Rep for an overnight shift. The MSR welcomes members and guests, handles sign-ups and payments, and maintains a clean, friendly Judgement Free Zone environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and create a positive club experience.
• Answer phones, process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and member inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure club is safe and organized.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and report issues promptly.
