Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free Zone experience and smooth club operations overnight.

The role includes greeting members, assisting with sign-ups, answering inquiries, processing memberships, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment while actively supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Handle membership sign-ups, information updates, cancellations and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours of the facility to assess member needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and facility areas regularly.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly.
