Qualifications

• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search and background checks where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner; provide outstanding customer service.
• Inform and assist potential members with tours and sign-ups; explain current membership options.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments; answer phones professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and club areas; ensure safe, neat facilities.
