Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for overnight, full-time shifts. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with memberships, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment in a Judgement Free Zone®. Fluency in English is encouraged, with Spanish beneficial.

You will be responsible for front desk operations, processing memberships and payments, and supporting a positive member experience while upholding Planet Fitness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on-site; this is not a remote position.
• Background check requirements include National Criminal Scan, National Sex Offender Registry, National Security/Terrorist Watch List and County Criminal Search.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members professionally.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and tours; promote upgrades.
• Handle check-ins using the club's POS system and process payments.
