Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs seeks a dedicated Member Services Representative for the overnight, part-time shift. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a superior member experience, handling inquiries and transactions, and keeping the club clean and welcoming in a true “Judgement Free Zone” environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, membership support, and front-desk operations with a focus on scheduling, tours, sign-ups, and handling billing questions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Create a positive club experience by providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities.
• Assist potential members with tours and sign-ups.
• Promote current membership specials and upgrades.
• Meet or exceed membership and customer service goals.
• Check members into the system using the POS system.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Respond to questions and inform management of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club.
• Walk the floor to ensure the club is clean, organized and safe.
