Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for an overnight, full-time position. The MSR is the first point of contact for members and guests, providing outstanding customer service and handling membership inquiries and transactions in a friendly, professional environment.

The role requires on-site work, CPR/AED and tanning certifications, and a positive, proactive approach to maintain a clean, welcoming Judgement Free Zone®.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Onsite work is required; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about Planet Fitness memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
• Promote membership specials and upgrades and meet or exceed goals.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately; answer phones professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the club, including restrooms and workout areas.
