Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified prior to employment and maintain certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, high-energy, and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member needs with accurate information in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with information.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct tours and assess membership needs for prospective members.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain club cleanliness and sanitation for up to 50% of the shift.
• Answer questions regarding procedures and policies accurately.
