Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is seeking an Overnight Member Service Representative for the 3rd shift. Earn $10 per hour plus a $1 overnight differential (9:30pm–6am) with benefits and growth opportunities.

You will greet members, handle inquiries, assist with tours, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Candidates should have 6–12 months of customer service experience, be 18+, pass a background check, and be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills and 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Anticipate needs and deliver efficient customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment during the shift.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly way.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners.
