Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, with 6–12 months of face-to-face experience preferred.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction.
• Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member needs with accurate information in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Answer phones and assist callers with information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs and drive sales.
