Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, and drive sales in a fast-paced gym setting. You will provide exceptional service, perform tours for prospective members, and handle transactions with accuracy.

The role requires 6–12 months of front-line customer service, reliability, and basic computer skills, with potential for 3rd-shift work and flexibility across Planet Fitness locations in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Anticipate needs and respond promptly with accurate information.
• Answer phones promptly and politely; assist callers.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and contribute to sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies accurately.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners.
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
