Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is hiring an Overnight Member Service Representative to greet guests, answer questions, and support sales goals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work the overnight shift across Planet Fitness locations.

Earn $10 per hour with a $1 overnight differential (9:30pm–6am), plus benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) after 12 months.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified prior to employment and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate information.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct tours and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain club cleanliness and sanitize equipment during the shift.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
