Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring an Overnight Member Services Representative. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, and support sales in a high-energy club environment.

This role requires 18+ with a background check, CPR/AED certification before employment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe facility while delivering exceptional service across Planet Fitness locations run by Houston Fitness Partners.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred (6–12 months).
• Self-starter who works with minimal direction.
• Punctual, dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism as they enter and exit the club.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate information in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Guide tours and assess membership needs to drive sign-ups.
• Process retail transactions and support sales goals.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation of club and equipment.
• Be able to work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners.
