Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with 6–12 months of face-to-face experience preferred.
• Self-starter who requires minimal direction and supervision.
• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency to handle transactions and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests at entry/exit with energy and professionalism.
• Respond quickly to member needs with accurate information in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones politely and provide knowledgeable information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
