Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent member experiences and drive new member sales. The role focuses on greeting guests, answering inquiries, conducting tours, processing sign-ups and cancellations, and updating member information at the front desk.

Responsibilities include resolving member questions, escalating issues to leadership when needed, and maintaining a clean club environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
