Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service role (SSO) to welcome guests, engage members, and resolve issues. The SSO will support a best-in-class member-centric environment, greet members at check-in, and assist with onboarding and promotions to help members reach their fitness goals.

The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and high-quality customer service on a nightly shift, with opportunities to promote training services and memberships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• CPR & AED certification required; training provided by 24 Hour Fitness.
• HSE training includes Club Orientation and Club Safety prior to solo front desk work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, assist with check-ins and respond to questions or concerns.
• Give club tours, discuss amenities, and help onboarding with Personal Trainers.
• Promote in-club promotions including Personal Training and Add-On Memberships.
• Maintain clean, safe environment on club floor and locker rooms.
• Assist with merchandising and referral promotions to grow member engagement.
