Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Associate to support the club operations team. The role focuses on greeting members, guiding check-ins, and resolving concerns while maintaining a welcoming, well-maintained gym environment.

You will engage guests, offer tours, discuss amenities and membership questions, and contribute to a best-in-class member experience. The position involves promoting Personal Training and in-club promotions on a nightly schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification, provided by 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly check-in.
• Engage with members, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Lead tours and onboarding for new members.
• Promote in-club promotions and Personal Training options.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and assist with referrals.
