Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification required (provided through 24 Hour Fitness).
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at front desk.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, handle check-ins, and respond to needs promptly.
• Assist with tours, onboarding, and membership questions.
• Promote retail products and in-club promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized club areas on shift.
• Support the Sales & Service team and escalate issues appropriately.
