Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Associate who will engage members, handle check-ins, and promote services through tours and conversations. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming experience, resolving concerns, and supporting a best-in-class member-centric environment.

The SSO reports to the Sales & Service Manager and participates in commission plans to reward exceptional service and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• CPR and AED certification required with training provided.
• Prior overnight shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and address their needs.
• Answer membership questions and offer club tours and onboarding.
• Promote Personal Training and Add-On Memberships and assist promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and assist with retail knowledge.
