Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service role to join the Club Operations team. The SSO supports members and guests with a welcoming, informative experience during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, inquiries, and guidance.

You will engage with members, promote amenities, maintain a clean, safe environment, and contribute to a member-centric club by delivering Tours and onboarding new members with Personal Training or Add-On Membership options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• CPR and AED certification is required (provided by the employer).
• Overnight shift availability preferred.
• Proficiency with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at check-in, addressing needs promptly.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment on the floor and in locker rooms.
• Conduct team cleans and ensure equipment/amenities are serviced.
• Offer club tours and onboarding for new members; promote services.
