Job summary

Extended Stay America in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to handle overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, including check-ins, key issues, and safety concerns.

Must be able to respond within 30 minutes, manage payments and keys, and stay current with safety and hotel systems. Weekly pay, a supportive team, and onsite lodging are offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to respond to overnight on-call requests within 30 minutes.
• Comfort with safety procedures and following manuals.
• Must read and speak English clearly (oral and written).
• Proficient with hotel mobile phone and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety/security incidents.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; monitor key control.
• Assist with limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs, greeting guests, registering rooms, and collecting payments when needed.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Record events and post payments to guest folios as required.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and hotel PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as necessary.
• May cover another hotel in the area for staffing needs.
• Follow management instructions and safety procedures.
