Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to support overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, ensuring courteous, high-quality service. You will handle check-ins, key control, safety and guest inquiries, while being on-call with a 30-minute response window.

A guest room is provided for lodging as part of employment. The role requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; manage key control protocols.
• Perform limited guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments if needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local services.
• Document events, run basic reports, and post payments to guest folios when required.
