Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative to support overnight operations at our Tempe property. The role involves handling after-hours guest needs, check-ins, and safety issues with a focus on courtesy and quality.

A guest room is provided for lodging while on the overnight on-call schedule. The ideal candidate responds quickly (typically within 30 minutes), maintains key control, and ensures accurate payments and记录 in the property management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to respond to overnight requests within ~30 minutes.
• Proficient in reading/writing English and basic computer use.
• Experience handling guest check-ins, payments, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies and safety issues.
• Safeguard and track hotel keys and log keys in and out.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests, assign rooms, collect payments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Log events and post payments to guest folios; operate hotel PMS and computer systems.
• Assist with coverage at other nearby hotels if staffing needs arise.
