Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative for overnight, part-time coverage. The role requires timely response to guest needs, key control, and handling after-hours check-ins while maintaining service quality.

This onsite position includes lodging in exchange for on-call availability and adherence to safety policies. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, communication, and reliability, with opportunities to work across hotel operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equiv.
• Ability to respond to overnight on-call requests within 30 minutes.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Comfort with basic bookkeeping tasks and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints and safety situations.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; monitor key control.
• Process limited check-ins/check-outs including greeting, registering, and payments.
• Stay updated on hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Handle routine bookkeeping tasks and postings as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders if required.
• Potentially cover another nearby hotel during staffing shortages.
