Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. seeks a positive Night Guest Attendant to be the face of the property during overnight hours.

The role is highly visible, with responsibilities including guest check-in/out, property inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the night. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service
• Hotel operations experience preferred
• Proficient with computers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive in solving problems and flexible with schedule

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out during after-hours and provide excellent service.
• Handle all laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area tidy.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed; restock supplies and prep rooms as required after the day shift.
