Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an Onsite Night Guest Attendant to be the face of the property, working evening shifts and on-call overnight to oversee operations after hours. This role includes guest interactions, safety checks, and coordinating after-hours requests, with on-site living provided for overnight coverage.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, plus flexibility in shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections: conduct regular security and safety checks during night hours.
• Guest services: assist with check-ins/outs after-hours and address guest needs.
• Laundry duties: handle all laundry tasks and maintain cleanliness of area.
• Cleaning & maintenance: perform cleaning tasks and restock supplies; prep rooms as needed.
• Emergency procedures: follow property emergency protocols and stay on call overnight.
• Other duties as assigned.
