Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

This role involves working independently during the overnight shift, delivering high-quality customer service and handling after-hours operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Mansioni

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Guest services: check-in/check-out after-hours, provide excellent service.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock supplies, assist with room preps as needed.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security for guests and property.
• Other duties as assigned.
