Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to be the face of the property during the overnight shift, handling guest needs and safety with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

You will perform property inspections, assist with after-hours check-in/out, manage laundry, perform cleaning tasks, and follow emergency procedures while delivering excellent service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property Inspections: Conduct regular night inspections for safety.
• Guest Services: Check in/out guests after-hours, provide excellent service.
• Laundry Duties: Handle laundry and maintain organized linen area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean public areas, restock supplies, prep rooms.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
