Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections during night shifts to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in/out after hours and provide high-quality service.
• Perform laundry duties and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
• Execute cleaning and maintenance tasks; restock supplies and prep rooms as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and uphold property security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
