Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests. This role lives onsite, typically works evening shifts, and is on call overnight to oversee operations after hours.

You will handle inspections, guest services, laundry, cleaning, emergencies, and other tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable stay and smooth night-time operations for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Guest services: check-in/out after hours with high service standards.
• Laundry duties: manage linens and towels; keep laundry area organized.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies.
• Know and follow emergency procedures; ensure safety for guests and property.
• On-call overnight for guest needs and after-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned.
