Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property during overnight hours, delivering courteous guest service and resolving issues promptly.

The role includes property inspections, assisting with after-hours check-ins/outs, laundry duties, cleaning and maintenance, and strict adherence to emergency procedures to ensure guest safety. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.
• Proficient computer skills and basic office tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willing to work a changing overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular overnight property inspections to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with checking in and checking out during after-hours, delivering courteous service.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintenance in public areas; prep rooms not cleared by day shift.
• Follow property emergency procedures and support security and guest safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
