Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.

• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections at night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out after hours with strong service.
• Perform laundry duties: washing, drying, folding, organizing linens.
• Execute cleaning and maintenance tasks; stock supplies and prep rooms as needed.
• Know and follow emergency procedures to protect guests and property.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
