Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property during the overnight shift. This role involves working independently and delivering high-quality guest service throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property Inspections: conduct regular night-time property checks for safety and security.
• Guest Services: assist with after-hours check-ins/outs and address guest needs.
• Laundry Duties: manage laundry, folding, and linen organization.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize, stock supplies, prep rooms as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
