Extended Stay America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Night Service Representative for part-time, overnight on-call coverage. The role involves assisting guests with late check-ins, addressing emergencies, and maintaining lobby security.

Lodging is provided as part of employment, with on-call shifts typically within 30 minutes of notification. Position requires strong English communication, safety awareness, and basic bookkeeping for guest accounts.

Formación

• Read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and PMS system.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, and noise complaints.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and log keys in/out as needed.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs including registrations and payments.
• Stay informed on hotel policies, safety procedures, and local amenities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• May cover another hotel in the area to meet staffing needs.
• Other duties assigned by management.
