Extended Stay America in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeks a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and handle safety and security tasks. The role includes living onsite in a guest hotel room and being on an overnight on-call schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, managing keys, logging events, and maintaining hotel policies and safety procedures, with opportunities to cover other area hotels during staffing shortages.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong English reading and speaking skills.
• Ability to operate hotel systems and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to guests on check-ins, emergencies, or noise complaints.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key log.</br>Log keys in/out as needed.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs including room assignment and payments.
