Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Computer skills including MS Office and the Hotel PMS system.
• Proficient English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during on-call notifications for check-ins and safety issues.
• Safeguard and manage hotel keys.
• Log keys in and out.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs as needed.
• Stay informed on hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Report safety and security concerns per policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks for guest folios when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• May cover other nearby hotels if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
