Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check in/out, and handle laundry responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines. You will also respond to guest needs, contribute to safe operations, and assist with breakfast setup.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform laundry tasks, and adherence to policies while maintaining a clean, welcoming property for guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process and launder all laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets and shower curtains.
• Process all dishware per standards: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Assist with reservations, registrations, payments and guest departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety checks.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling and key control policies.
