Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and manage laundry duties. The role includes checking guests in/out, handling payments, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards across the property.

Responsibilities also cover laundry and dishware processing, restocking carts, and setting up a grab-and-go breakfast. This position requires reliability and adherence to brand guidelines, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking in/out and collecting payment per guidelines.
• Process laundry including stains, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware—washing, drying and packaging—per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to assess cleanliness and safety.
• Follow all policies including safety, cash handling, and key control.
