Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage laundry and dishware, and support hotel operations. You will ensure cleanliness, stock essential supplies, and handle guest interactions per corporate guidelines.

The role involves early-morning shifts and adherence to safety and security policies while delivering a positive guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out following company guidelines.
• Complete laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets and shower curtains.
• Process all dishware per brand standards: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels across the building.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab and go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance.
