Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and manage laundry and dishware tasks. The role includes stocking carts, ensuring safety procedures, and supporting other hotel areas as needed.

The position requires basic math, strong guest service, and the ability to follow company guidelines. This is a night shift role with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and order across the property.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology.
• Understand and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems, address and solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Processes all laundry and dishware in compliance with standards.
• Stocks housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Conducts periodic property tours for cleanliness and safety.
• Assists with other hotel areas as needed and reports safety concerns.
